At Soma we believe that those who lead must first be those who serve (John 13:15-17). We believe that we are all uniquely gifted to fill different roles all in order to build up the church (Eph 4:11-12).  Our leaders submit to one another with love and grace in order to be examples of Christlike discipleship.
